The Power of a Coach

Get relevant information that will help you to pursue and “reach the apex” of your potential utilizing coaching!

The power of a coach is best determined by those whose lives have been transformed by having one.

Imagine you were an athlete, preparing for the Olympics. Would you dare attempt such a challenge without a coach? Probably not. Well the same is true for life.

Tony Stolzfus once said, “Simply put, coaching is a radical belief in people, practiced in a consistent, disciplined way in order to help others grow”. As coaches, we take pride in listening. What better way to tell someone you believe in them than by hearing their story, understanding their perspective and listening for all of the hidden gems that make them who they are. We use those gems to lamp posts as we push people to think, stretch, take responsibility for themselves and accomplish what they’ve set before themselves.

We believe in holding our clients accountable to their vision. First, we figure out what our clients want. Once that is achieved, we move on to the second, and much more difficult step of helping them figure out how they are going to get there. A coach does not build the road to our client’s dreams for them but act as cheerleaders, ushering them on the finish line of their vision.

The road to unlocking one’s dreams is not always easy. Oftentimes, it is very challenging, as we push you to live out your values, and stand up for your vision. We’ll even give the occasional kick in the pants when necessary! We are willing to do whatever it takes to see you succeed on this journey to living your best life.

Coaches are change experts. We help leaders take responsibility of their lives and actions to maximize their own potential. We believe that with the right kind of support and tools, we can see any leader radically pursue his or her God‐given destiny. Most of us know what we need to do to change. It is not information but motivation we need to make the changes.  We will work with your motivation to make the necessary change in our lives, leading to God-glorifying transformation.

But please don’t misunderstand me: upgrading your listening skills won’t make you into a coach, neither learning how to ask the powerful questions, or how to hold someone accountable, nor any of the other coaching skills. The power of coaching comes from the heart. As a Master Life Coach and Trainer for many years, I realized that before I could coach anyone else, I first had to experience transformation in my own life.

I myself experienced radical transformation through taking the coaching courses, going through the process and having a peer-coach.  Each course peeled more layers off my heart and tapped into my personal motivation towards my life purpose and destiny. Now, having seen the fruit of transformation in my own life, I can wholeheartedly pour myself into my clients, knowing that what we do works. The passion is real. It is tremendously rewarding to help someone who desires change reach a new level of success or reach that goal that at one time seemed completely unattainable.

My life mission is to champion purpose. And that’s what we do. As coaches, our power is a transformed life. When you work with one of our coaches, you can be sure it is not just a bunch of heartless methods or tools being used, but a real heart with a burning desire to see each and every one of our clients WIN!

Let’s win together.
